This is “Green Sugar” by Kikagaku Moyo:

My buddy Rich sent a link to this song earlier this week. Kikagaku Moyo is a band from Tokyo, and that’s about all I know about them.  “Green Sugar” is eight minutes of a psychedelic good time.  It sounds completely rooted in the 1960s while still sounding fresh and new.
