This is “Pink Turns to Blue” by Hüsker Dü:

I posted a Hüsker Dü song once before, back in 2013. I pointed out at the end of that post, and I’ll say it more elaborately here, that once Bob and Grant got to grips with melodies, Hüsker Dü found a blend of noise and beauty that sounds like nothing else, and that has spread its influence all over and beyond the world of punk rock ever since.

RIP, Grant Hart.
