This is “Bad Mouth” by Fugazi:

Fugazi’s 13 Songs is an album that everyone should know. It’s aggressive, it’s smart, it’s not much like anything that came before it, and its influence is all over a lot of music that came after. “Bad Mouth” was always my favorite song on the album, though “Waiting Room” is the sing-along classic anthem.
