This is “Gingerbread Man” by The Residents:

Something or other from Gingerbread Man was the first song I ever heard by The Residents, back in 1995. I didn’t really know anything about The Residents then (I don’t really know much about them now, either), and didn’t have any idea what to expect. The first listen was also a broadcast, during my radio show on WRCU-FM in Hamilton, New York. That first listen was both bewildering and intriguing; this music wasn’t really like anything I’d listened to before, but wasn’t exactly a foreign country, either. I listened to the whole album, and felt no less bewildered or intrigued.
